Subject to the following procedures, we will accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
1. Shipping damage must be reported immediately in order to file claim with UPS or Priority Mail. Keep original carton and call shipping carriers 800#.
2. Returned items must be shipped in original cartons, packed to protect against damage.
3. Used toys cannot be returned.
4. Please include your name, address, phone number and credit card information and your original order invoice. Return with your shipment.
5. In store returns require a reciept from our store with returned merchandise.
6. We do not "Trade In" cages.
7. We do not "Trade In" birds.
