Online & Curbside Pickup Terms of Service

Online Sales & Curbside Pickup are subject to the following procedures:

ONLINE SALES SHIPPED VIA UPS or USPS:

Shipping damage must be filed immediately in order to file a claim with UPS or USPS. We request that you email vbirdshop.com@gmail.com immediately to request a refund or a replacement.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Due to having a brick and mortar store, as well as online, we can not always update our items on hand. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will issue you a refund for the item(s).

RETURNS: We will accept returns of unused/unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Any returns are required to be shipped back to 60 Meramec Valley Plaza, Valley Park, Mo 63088, at buyer’s expense, using USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please include your name, phone number & Invoice Number when returning products.

CURBSIDE PICKUP TERMS OF SERVICE: Orders must be picked up between 10:00am-5:00pm CDT, Monday through Saturday at 60 Meramec Valley Plaza, Valley Park Mo. To ensure timely delivery to your vehicle, please call 636-225-2473.

CURBSIDE PICKUP OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: If we are out of stock of an item you order, we will attempt to contact you via Phone or Email to inform you that the item is out of stock. If we are unable to contact you, we are not responsible for reimbursement of time or travel but will refund your payment for said item.

DO NOT CHOOSE CURBSIDE PICKUP IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DRIVE TO 60 MERAMEC VALLEY PLAZA, VALLEY PARK MO. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ANY ORDERS. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION AND DO NOT PICK-UP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED AND WILL BE REFUNDED, MINUS A $5.00 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.

WE NO LONGER OFFER SHIPPING IF YOUR SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS ARE NOT THE SAME, DUE TO THE RISK OF FRAUDULENT CLAIMS.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

 

Products require original tags & a receipt.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used products, bird food or birds.
