If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will put it on back order & ship it to you as soon as it is in stock, at our expense.

Subject to the following procedures, we will accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of purchase, at buyer's expense.


Shipping damage must be filed immediately in order to file a claim with USPS or UPS.

 

Please include your name, phone number, credit card information & your order invoice when returning products.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

 

Products require original tags & a receipt.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used products or birds.
