I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I appreciated your help with the purchase of Ms. Lily (Orange-winged Amazn). Your staff was patient and caring enough to provide information and guidance to help me out in every way, ESPECIALLY your daughters. I also find it very admirable of you to recommend another business when we had trouble deciding on a "home" for Lily (although we still ended up purchasing it from you). It truly was a welcoming and continues to be an enjoyable experience. And if that is not enough, Dr. Kersting and Dr. hilvert are wonderful Avian vets that have nothing but the best to say about you!
Please accept this small token of gratitude and consider it a "thank you" for all that you have done and for future references (God knows I have lots of unanswered questions). Thanks for being so patient, considerate, and most importantly, caring about what you do.

I just wanted to say thank you for delivering a cage to me last week. I was in the store and Mike helped me pick out a cage that would work for my Goffin and of course it wouldn't fin into the back of my SUV. So he offered to deliver it for me! It was really nice and I just wanted to say thanks and let you know that I recognize what great customer service I always receive at your store. This was twice that I have come to the store right after leaving a bird show and spent more at your store than we spent at the bird show! My Goffin loves her new cage and so do we!

We just wanted to say thank you for the great service from you and your staff. We are the ones that purchased that black cage with a stand today and the 25 lb. bag of "Sunburst" food. I just had to let you know that it's hard to find a great store to shop that makes you feel welcome. And I'm not sure if you remember but we drive from St. Charles to your store and your store is now the only place we will shop for our bird supplies. Our "African Gray" loves his new home, but we think the other 3 birds are now jealous of him and his new home ... LOL.
Once again, just had to say "Thank You" for having a great shop that makes ones travel there more enjoyable!
